At APEFIT, we offer a range of different group classes designed to keep you fit and motivated and most of all – having fun. Our fantastic range of classes are available throughout the week, at times which suit your lifestyle. Each class is different, this way you never plateau and your get the results you deserve! Our classes are led by highly trained and qualified instructors and use only the finest state-of-the-art equipment.

ALWAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT

At APEFIT we use many different styles to get you the best results ever! Our qualified instructors will put together the best plan for you to achieve the goals you want. Every class is different so no more boring repetition!

Cardio Training

For the ultimate work out, you can’t go past a HIIT (High intensity Interval Training) class. These classes really make you work it! You’ll leave feeling sweaty but oh-so satisfied.

OUR LOCATION

West Leederville – Adam Grootveld

West Leederville Primary School – 58 Northwood Street, West Leederville

We meet in the undercover area in the center of the school (it’s not a large school so it’s easy to find). There is plenty of street parking on both Woolwich and Northwood road and we have water fountains to top up your water bottles as well as toilets to get changed in both before and after. If you can’t find us on the day, please call the head trainer Adam on 0408 931 086 and he can direct you.
